Taking you all the way back to school, maybe further, we present Kilted Fudge Scottish Macaroon. As seen on Channel 5’s Secret Scotland, our macaroons are made the traditional way… with mashed potatoes. Yes, you heard that right – as Susan Calman found out when she visited our shop for filming.
Stephen had Susan peeling potatoes and kneading the fondant before rolling it into balls and coating with milk chocolate and desiccated coconut.
